    ### 1. Returns and Exchanges
    We accept returns and exchanges within **7 days** of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
    * The item must be in its **original condition**: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    * The item must be in its **original packaging**.
    * Please note that items purchased during a **Sale** or customized/personalized orders are **final sale** and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective.
    
    ### 2. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2.  **Verification:** Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
    3.  **Shipment:** Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to our facility.
    4.  **Processing:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
    
    ### 3. Refunds
    * **Eligible Refunds:** Refunds are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by us. 
    * **Refund Method:** Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
    * **Processing Time:** Please allow **5–7 working days** for the refund to be reflected in your account once processed.

    * **Company Error:** If you received an incorrect or defective item, MirasCollection will cover the return shipping costs.
